CTRL + ALT + F isn't work

Idk if this is happening just to me, but this key shorcut is not working. And when I started to use the PS programs, it was. My impression is that they remove this shorcut in new PS att's, but I ain't 100% sure, so I want to confirm. Is my PS having problems? Or do they really remove this shorcut? Any other shorcut is working pretty well.
