Cursor gets stuck on transform handle in Photoshop 25.7.0 Windows, tried all versions previous and latest, unistall install still same issue

    Have you attempted resetting preferences? There are several threads on the forum, but none are providing a definitive solution. It appears that this is not a bug; it only impacts a small percentage of machines with Photoshop installed.

    How do we make Adobe hear us? I wonder, this issue has been going on for almost two years now, as I reviewed other community posts with no response from them.

      the only way to get them to listen to us is to hit them where it hurts, as the saying goes. to make them feel it in their wallets by masses of people unsuscribing😄. but, problem is, there are no viable options besides for adobe. stuck.
