Where can I get help with an error?

I've tried the chat several times and nothing happens.

I was given an email and someone called but nothing happens.

Does Adobe have some type of customer service?

Just checking because this sentence is worrisome:

if someone sent you a PM and asked you to email them, then it was not Adobe Customer Care. It was a scammer.

Hi @ericz61806788 thats not a specific error code and your image attachment did not come through. You cant send via an email attachments.
