Denoise suddenly stopped working

I've been using the Denoise in photoshop camera raw with no problem and now I can't get any raw files to work.  It works on them and then says error at the end.  I have no idea what happened.  I did update my wacom tablet driver, but I turned off my wacom 2nd display and now tried just my laptop screen and it still doesn't work.  I have a dell xp3 4k i9 16 gigs ram.  It wasn't a problem before.  Any thoughts?

Hey @steved27346628

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you're commenting on an older thread that focuses on Windows. May I ask you to create a new thread with your specific screenshot of the error you see. Can you also share your system info? You can find this by going to Help > System Info copying and pasting into a text file and attaching it to your post.

same issue popped up for me yesterday... I get "loading enhance data" slider which takes about 10 min to complete; then denoise each image takes about 15min where they used to take about 7 seconds....

Hi hear you, happens with me as well. I updated me driver and it still doesn't work. I always get an error. This is my thread on the same/similar issue.

After realizing it was an issue that only happened it Camera Raw, I started a new thread there but have received now responses. Turns out the same thing happens in lightroom as well. Too bad as I was just starting to enjoy that tool.

If you look at my thread above you can see that my driver is now compatible, so I am not sure what the issue is. I am afraid that some day soon I will be required to get a new machine in order to enjoy all the photoshop features. That would be a drag as I have a perfectly good laptop which is considerbly better than most of the machines I just saw in a nearby store.
