Hello to all fellow Photoshop users... i want to expand the border of this graphic only a few pixels as shown by the selection. Its not just a color expansion, its a graphic... is this possible somehow to make it grow and look bigger?

Is the graphic on its own layer, or part of a larger composite image? There are some possibilities with the Displace filter.

@genik

From a selection, I used the Filter > Other > Minimum –which produced better results than content-aware or generative fill:

A little bit of masking/blending so that the extension was cleaner and didn't affect the main image too much... The black blotches would need extra retouching, they are an unwanted side-effect of the filter.

Thanks Stephen, it seems to work well, but what did u do so the rest of the image isn't effected and retains its "noise"... filter kinda makes it more blurry!

As I used the filter on a duped layer, I just added a layer mask and painted with a feathered brush in black to hide the main area.
