Looks like a bug when running Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.9) under Rosetta on macOS.

Same place as always for me (v25.9 on Windows 11)

Have you tried any trouble shooting steps so far e.g. resetting preferences / reinstalling Photoshop?

25.9 for me too. never had problems to let me unistall an reinstall maybe is time. ask there first for now is the platinum option
