Font Appearing Distorted After I Click Enter

I'm wondering why when I first type font it appears fine, but after I click out of the text box or hit enter on my PC then the text looks distorted or like there is something laid over it. Please notice on the E L and O. The first image is when I first type and the second image is after I click out of the text box. I've also noticed in another project I was working on Lorem Ipsum was showing up lightly all over the page after I typed one text box. However I have Lorem Ipsum turned off. Not sure what's going on.
