generative fill bar

Hi, I have two problems with Ai:
1: when I make the selection, the generative fill bar no longer appears and I always have to open the "edit" "generative fill" menu to use its functions.
2: the ai function does not always work, I find it greyed out and not active, I have to restart PS to reactivate it and be able to use it.

This only happens on the Mac Mini Sonoma 14.1.1, while on my Macbook I have no such problem.
