Glitching

I seem to be having issues when trying to merge layers/ export the images once completed on Photoshop. Everytime I merge or export the image saves as a distorted version and I am unsure how to fix this issue, I closed the app as well as updated it... Is there bugs going on that I don't know about or is this just a me problem?
