[HELP !!] Photoshop 25.12 installed today, smoothing tool disappeared

Hello team, 

I installed today the new version of Photoshop 25.12 and, as you can see on the pictures below, now the smoothing tool can't be activated anymore. I was in the middle of working on an order and this happening now really is an issue. What can i do ? Please help.
