Hide/ Ignore: No pixels are more than 50% selected

Dear Community,

Is there a way to ignore or hide the error message "no pixels are more than 50% selected"?

I'm writing an ExtendScript and occasionally, depending on the input, I encounter this error. It requires a manual 'OK' confirmation to proceed.

I would be grateful for any assistance.
