I need to send one of my actions to another computer. However, it is not appearing in my actions folder. Is there anyway from within photoshop to find the path of a specific action?

You need to save it out first. You can save to anywhere you want.

Note that actions can't be saved out individually, you can only save out sets.

Then load from the same menu on the other machine.

Agreed, they should be and need to be saved, more detail here:

Too many people have lost their actions as they have not saved them as .atn files.

With PS2023 this option is no longer under those 3 lines. So how do I save an action now?

Ensure that the Set (folder) is selected, not the Action within the Set.
