How to remove paint to reveal text?

Please help me remove the white paint. Thank you!

If you mean that you want to remove the redacted text, you have no chance.  There's nothing underneath it.

When you have sreenshot or flat image file without text on separate layer you can not simply remove paint. You cannot even with layered file if text is rasterized/converted to pixels then painted over it.

 

When text is converted to pixels and painted over, image will loose information about text, whatever is on your screen is everything that image file has stored. As already mentioned there is nothing beneath paint on that image file, expectation or knowledge that there was text can trick you to think you can reveal what was there but that is not possible in situations as already explained above.
