How to repair corrupted psd 2024 file

Hi, I can't open my file in Photoshop 2024. I have it only online so I can't do a copy. When i try to open it, it load and then nothing happens. I tried to download it but when i try to open the file there is an errorr that there is a problem with "file printing". Is there a way to make the file work again? I work on Windows.

If you can open the file - my best suggestion is to copy the contents to a brand new doucment saved locally. Or are you saying it does not open with that "file printing" error?
