Question

I have lost all of my brushes that I made and my color library. Where did they go?

Today I went into my photoshop which was still open on my computer and all my brushes, including the entire file folder and my color libary is gone. I spent HOURS creating these brushes for projects and they have just dissappeared. How do I get them back?

May want to scan your computer for "*.abr" files?

@exquisite_motivation06960 open your Mac HD - go to CMD+F (find) and search .abr

Note: User libraries (where presets are stored) can be found/searched by going to the GO menu in the finder while holding the option key - this will show the hidden Library.

@exquisite_motivation06960 Photoshop would not remove the source folder for presets. Did you save your presets after setting them up? Do you have Time Machine active that you can go back and check the source folder location?

Thank you - I thought I did - I created them and saved them to a folder. I don't have time machine set up.
