Imporing .Mov video in photoshop showing blank screen

Question

Dear Adobe,

I'm getting blank screen when i'm importing my .mov file which has transparency into Photoshop. (v25.11.0.706).

I use this to convert my video into good quality .gif image from here. Just few weeks ago it was working fine but today I'm facing this issue.

I also tried on Beta Version of Photoshop (v25.12.0.2711) but getting same issue. Please check and resolve as soon as possible.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
