Is there a way to animate adjustment layers in Photoshop 2025?

For example, could i have keyframe animtaion that changes the levels on a posterise adjustment layer?

To my knowledge no.

If i was forced to do this in PS, I think I would size the image accordingly and use a screen recorder whilst

manually adjusting the layer.

Premiere Pro, After Effects are the best bets here.
