Lens Flare acting incorrectly

Ever since the upgrade to Photoshop 2024 Lens Flare has gone on the fritz. I am only able to see the upper left quadrant of an image, even when I use the selection tools to limit the appliable area, when the window comes up I can only look at the upper left quarter of a picture. Anyone have any ideas about what the heck is going on? I'm working on an m1 MacBook Pro.
