Question

Lost list of apps to update

HELP !!  I have Photoshop 24.1.1, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Bridge and Camera Raw and I wanted to update to latest versions.

I wanted to keep my current Photoshop version  for the time being till I was used to the new version, so I went in to Auto Update and unchecked Remove Prior version, and suddenly the only update I have listed is Lightroom, the rest of the updates no longer show.

As far as I can tell, Photoshop opens and is working OK... I don't know about Lightroom or Bridge as I don't use them.

Photoshop is still 24.1.1. Camera Raw Filter is 15.1.1.

How can I get my list of apps back so I can update Photoshop and camera Raw?

Using Windows 10.

Hope you can help.

Win

Hi @Win5E13 two things to check - 1. Make sure your CC desktop app is updated (check the cloud icon in the desktop app)

2. Confirm your computer meets the minimum requirements for the applications - if it doesn't they wont show as available.

If all that is ok and you meet minimums, try restarting to CC Desktop app by holding Cmd+Alt+R - it will ask if you want to restart.

Thanks for your reply. I'm in a different time zone so there will be delays in my responses.

I have checked my computer specs and they are as follows.

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 22H2

Processor .. AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core  3.59 GHz

RAM 32 GB

Storage 338 GB free

Display  NVIDIA GeForce GT 740

Main monitor resolution 2560 x 1440

I opened up Creative Cloud  and clicked on the cloud icon, and have attached jpg of what is there... see image 01... nothing about whether it is up to date nor how to.

I restarted CC desktop as per instructions, no changes.

Please see image 02... list of my installed apps..... but this is incorrect, I have Photoshop  24.1.1, Lightroom Classic, Bridge 12.0.0.234 and Camera Raw 15.1.1, all installed and working .

I need to be able to see these so I can update them to latest versions.

Thanks

Win

@Win5E13 Your computer does nto meet requirements for newer versions of Photoshop. Specifically your GT 740 does not support DirectX12 feature level 12 - it only supports 11.
