missing crop tool in filter camera raw photoshop 2020

hi when i open an image in filter / camera raw filter , the crop tool across the top where several other tools are is missing, can this crop tool be re/ instated

As a Filter ACR is not creating the layer its filtering the pixels you can use Photoshop tools to mask and delete layer's pixels rotate etc. In 12.3 the tools are relocated to a bar on the right. ACR ads a Converter and ACR as a Filters are different functions the UI option are not the same. ACR UI as a converter or developer on top. ACR UI as  a filter on bottom. Version 12.3.  And if the layer was a smart object layer it would be a smart filted and tools can not change change smart object pixels.  Cropping would not even be possible. If the object was a RAW object  you could onen the object in ACR and crop it though.
