Open as Layers in Photoshop not working

Hi, when I use 'Open as Layers in Photoshop' from Lightroom Classic, it will open Photoshop 24 or Photoshop Beta but it will not export the images. Any suggestions? Thanks

 

Using:

Mac Mini M2pro 32gb

Sonoma 14.00
