I usually add presets to my raw images on Lightroom mobile, then after I'll go to photoshop and open the "Lightroom Files" tab to select images to download to photoshop and begin editing there. But they will not download all of a sudden. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you tell us where you are downloading the image from? We can see you are using a Mac and together with Lightroom Mobile, I'll guess these are on and taken with an iPhone. Is that right?

How do you transfer these files to your Mac computer? ...and is it via cable or WiFi or Bluetooth or what?
