Photoshop 25.1.0 errors don't happen with beta

Whenever I use Photoshop 25.1 under macOS 12.7.1, I keep getting told that I can't use the neural filters due to an error, but, when I try using the beta version of Photoshop, the neural filters work without any issues whatsoever. Why would that be, and is there any way to fix the issue?
