Photoshop actions to make layers visible and invisible when saving

How can I create an action that hides or shows layers by a specific name in Photoshop?

    Start recording the action.

    Select the layer in the layer panel.

    Click the eyeball next to the layer name to hide.

    Stop Recording.

     

     

    Note: If there are multiple layers with the same name, the first layer found by name will be selected.
