Photoshop and missing IPVV library

My computers CPU doesn't support SSE4.2 and so I recevie an error when opening Photoshop. When looking to install an older version I am only given V22.2 which needs the DLL and nothing older. Is Photoshop unavailable for me?

You have to remember this is an unsupported version so there will be no bug or security fixes
