Photoshop batch action bug

Question

I have an action in photoshop, I used to be able to batch running the action (resize my image then save to .webp format).  But it stop working like a week ago. After the run the batch, photospho threw me an error, said my files are locked. But they are not. I am on a mac.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
