Photoshop Photo Restoration Tools

Hi. In neural filters, both photo restoration filters have stopped working, am getting the "temporarly disabled due to an error" message. Am using the latets versions of Photoshop (25.1) and Photoshop Beta (5.2) on Winodws 10. Looking at the the forum, it seems to be quite a common problem. Have tried re-installing programs but doesn't make a difference. 

Would be hugely grateful for some help with this!
