All Photoshop v 24.7.0 all menus are yellowish. I've already added the sRGB profile and set it as the default in Control Panel. Where else could this be happening?

Ultimately this was caused by HDR, but I need HDR on for gaming, so I was able to resolved the issue by removing all color profiles from the color management window and then add the sRGB profile back in and set it as the default for BOTH the standard and extended color profiles. HDR now works with PS and the yellow tint is gone.

Check your actual monitor profile in Windows settings.

I've removed every profile and set sRGB as the default monitor profile and still yellow in only PS.
