Photoshop v25.4 crash when opening documents

I updated PS to version 25.4 and it will crash with a bug splash screen every time I try to open a recent document or create a new document.

Reverting back to v.25.3.1 solves the problem. Someting is definitely wrong in the newest update.

Yeah, your problem can be related to mine. This update is a no go. So will stay on the previous version until there's rolling out a update that fixes the issue.

25.4 is barely useable for me.   First photoshop update in quite awhile that has been this quirky.   Crashes when opening any document.   If I go into Performance and disable using graphic card, I can open documents.  Updated to new Nvidia studio driver release today, it didn't help.

Only thing that works is rolling back to previous version.

Update: If I go to Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" - Restart Photoshop. The issue is gone. But then the pensil tool is lagging and dragging is lagging. So I find that reverting back to previous version is the best so I can have Disable Native Canvas checked.

Any els experienced this?
