Problem with exporting to PDF format

I have a problem when exporting PDF. I don't get an option where I can select [high quality print]. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to successfully export to PDF.

    Do you see the preset you want if you are exporting from another Adobe program such as InDesign or Illustrator?

    Hello, thank you for your reply. I have a version 13.1.2. x32. There are none of the options, I don't have options to choose.

    What version of Photoshop are you using?

    And, what other options do you see under the Adobe PDF Preset drop down menu?
