Question

Problem with sniffer

The driver for the NVIDIA 4060 video card was updated. After that, the SNIFFER process began to load the processor i9 13900 (it stopped turning off after loading Photoshop, if it should have), and Photoshop itself began to load longer during the Initialization process, at startup (instead of a couple of seconds, it now loads in about 30, or maybe more). At the same time, in general, everything works well, as before, but the roar of the fans is annoying. The laptop is powerful. The processor load is 10%, but it heats up to 95-98 degrees Celsius. I reinstalled the drivers to new/old ones. I also reinstalled Photoshop in different combinations with the drivers. Does not help. QUESTION: what to do?

@gleb_83 can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
