Problema na Exportação de Imagem no Photoshop

Question

Sempre que tento exportar uma imagem como Jpeg, a imagem é exportada conforme abaixo:

O que devo realizar para solucionar este problema, visto que troquei recentimente uma antiga placa de vídeo GT 420 - 4096MB por uma DX GTX750Ti-4gD5 e o problema ainda persiste.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
