PS App is paid for but won't load

Hello! So I bought PS last year and it was working fine until I reset my laptop to factory settings, now it says it's installed and the page says it's paid for, but I can't get it to load, update, uninstall or even find the app on my laptop 😕😕

@GlowFYourself did you install and sign in to the Creative Cloud app and install Photoshop from there

Thanks for the reply! I downloaded it from the microsoft store, its showing that its installed but wont allow me to click on anything
