Putting my photo into a shape--HELP! [Duplicate thread LOCKED]

Hi! Beginner Photoshop user here. I'm trying to get this image I've removed the background from and edited into a heart shape. I want the head of the person to stay outside the shape, but I want the bottom part inside of the heart. There has to be an easier way than just erasing parts of the photo. None of the tutorials I've looked at have been helpful I've attached a screenshot, please help!
