.RAF files can't import into Photoshop

I brand new to PS, a little familiar with LR (on the iPad and Phone)

I have a mac running sequoia, latest version of PS and LR (just subscribed) but when I open .raf fuji raw files in photoshop it just opens camera raw 16.5 in lightroom. I can edit in there that's fine but I wan't to be sure,  can I not open .raf fuji raw files in PShop?
