Restoration photo filters no longer working

I am having the same issue after using it successfully for weeks. Support was no help after hours chatting with them. They said my GPU was  was incompatible with PS 2024. I installed 2023 and it still keeps giving me the error message. Really frustrating as I'm trying to finish a Christmas project restoring really old family photos and have been stuck for 2 days. Any suggestions out there?
