Right-Click brush tool screen hiding behind my photo

Does anyone know how to make my right click brush tool screen come to the front of my photo again?  I updated my latest Photo Shop and thought my right click wasn't working, tested that.  Then asked copiolet to help and did some tool resets.  Then noticed it's there and shows when my photo is floating in it's own window and I have the image small  . . .discovered that tool box is hiding under the photo.  If I go the very edge of the photo I can use it and can also use it at the top of the tool bar where it is - just isn't as convient as it used to be.  Tell me there is a simple click that I just can't find (in the two hours searching this tiny little disturbance).  Thanks in advance!!
