Silhouette like illustration som photo

I need to make an illustration of a picture of a woman holding a baking tray. 

If i make it a totalt silhouette, it doesn't make much sense because then you can't see that it's a baking tray for example. 

But the illustration is from a stock photo, but are going to illustrate a real life person, so i also want to make it unrecognisable. 

Any good ideas for this design?
