Some Photoshop interfaces have disappeared

Hello, I am facing a problem when opening the Photoshop application, as the application opens normally, but some tabs are hidden, meaning that the application opens partially, and the rest of the things are hidden. I wish I could provide you with a picture in case I cannot describe the problem well.

One possibility is the the Application frame is larger than your monitor and part of the Photoshop window is outside of the viewing area. Try clicking the Maximize button in the upper right. If it is out of view, resize the window by dragging any side or corner to make it smaller so you can see all of it. Then either resize it and move it as you prefer, or click Maximize again.
