Tapping pen with Magic Wand moves selection.

I'm running into an issue with my new laptop and Photoshop where when I tap my pen to my Cintiq to select and area using the Magic Wand, the selection gets pulled in the direction of the pen as I move it away from the screen.  I have to be REALLY quick to not pull the selection.  Anybody know what's causing this and how I can disable it?

Running on Windows 11 Home and Photoshop 2024.
