GRACIAS!!!!! DESDE Buenos Aires.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

What is the problem exactly? What do you want to use cmd for if not combined with another key – and that should still work, even if the Move Tool is spring-loaded.

Maybe I don't understand what is happening, but when the Brush or painting tool is active, pressing Alt or Opt will temporarily switch to the Eyedropper to choose a color. When you press Ctrl, it will temporarily switch to the Move tool, allowing you to move or reposition objects on the canvas. These are handy shortcuts present in Photoshop, and I've never heard anyone complain about them. What is the actual problem in your case?
