Trouble Importing PNG Sequence to Photoshop

I have not been able to import my png sequence file to my timeline for animation. All I get is this message that says "could not complete the Video Frames to Layers command because the file could not be opened". Why is this happening? I exported my png sequence files from Adobe Animate. Help!

    What version of photoshop and windows are you using?

     

    Are you able to open any of the files individually using File>Open in photoshop?
