Hi

Trying to use the healing brujsh in Photoshop 2022 and it works more like the one in Lightroom, substituting areas from parts of my photo that make no sense.  The healing brush was the only tool I really used photoshop for 90%of the time, But now I feel like I am working in lightroom.

Can you please check

Windows 10Pro

Intel I 7 gen 10

32 gb ram

plenty of storage space for scratch disk

2021 worked fine

Thank you

Joe Cosentino

Yes, same problem on my desktop Photoshop that's updated to whatever the latest is. How can they literally take something that was working great and make it worse? I don't get it.

And it's also the same on the iphone apps as well. First of all, they discontinued the phone app that worked great, then replaced with one that's absolutely terrible, the healing tool on it is 100% worthless. And none of the 'face tools' they used to have. And no dodge and burn.

You're going downhill, Adobe.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is having this issue... I use the healing brush (as it used to work) for like 90% of my mapping/cartography. Please either return it to how it used to work, or give us some sort of legacy mode so we can have it back!!

Hopefully someone at Adobe listens...

Hi!

I'm having the same issue. The healing brush is horrendous! Did you find a solution?

Thanks!

Same here! I can't freaking work like this! They're updates keep screwing up the most BASIC of things. First in Illustrator, now Photoshop. Oh, and hey, how about adding yet another Save option to the menu, Jesus Christ!
