Wacom Intuos Pro corrupts Keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop 2021 after update (macOS 10.15.7)

For years I am working with the Wacom Intuos Pro M, but I never used it's touch bar and I don't intent to.

I used my Photoshop shortcuts for years.

I recently updated the Wacom driver as well as Photoshop (it's running on an older Mac from 2013, so PS 2021 it is now.)

The Problem: 

When working with the pen, the "alt key" on my keyboard does not work, while the pen hovers above the board. Only when there is more distance between the board and the pen, the alt key works properly. It seems to have a key in the touch bar now.  I used the alt key for quick access to the eye dropper and to zoom out while holding it.  Now it doesn't work anymore.
