What problem with photoshop 25.4 Adobe? Is your testing team having problems?

25.4 is a terrible version with a lot of bugs, I don't understand why adobe released this version, their tester team is probably blind not detecting very basic errors, for example the eyedropper does not working fine, the brush tool doesn't show the size when I use the "][" shortcut.
