When select one of tools in the panel, the entire interface is converting to the desktop screen.

Bug : Without 'application frame' not selected, when I click a tool on mostly top parts, the photoshop

application (interface) is converting to the desktop screen. So that I cannot select the tools that is floting with document.

    Please update to MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1. Then the troubles what I wrote will be disappeared.
