Whenever I try to warp text, the warp window appears offscreen.

Whenever I try to warp text, the warp window appears offscreen. This angers me alot because then whenever i try to right click my text layer again, or do almost any other action, i get the annoying windows error sound cause a window  is open. (like the sound when you try to click but your file explorer  is open when you are uploading files) This all started whenever i switched my PC resoloution from 3840x1080 to 1920x1080 (I have a wide laptop) Any ideas on how to get these windows back on screen?
