while saving a master and duplicate file

while i save a file, i save it as psd n jpeg, but currently when im trying the jpeg file looks different than the photoshop file, i have a noise layer over for a noisy effect but while saving as jpeg the layers blend goes away.

i have tried both exporting n saving

View > 100%. Post screenshots of that.

First of all, you MUST view at 100% to be certain that your file looks the way you want.

Second, your screenshot is exporting as a PNG file, not JPEG.

Third, PNG and JPEG do not have layers. There cannot be layer effects and blend modes because there can only be one layer.

    i knnow its png but with also its the same output as png
