Why is the creation/capture date reading differently in Photoshop file info Basic vs Origin?

Hi

I have a DNG file from a Hasselblad L2D-20c.  An image was shot 2023-03-16 07:19:29.  This is shown in Photoshop/ File/ File Info/Origina/ Date Created field. I see 2023-03-16 07:19:29.

Yet in Basic Creation Date on the SAME IMAGE I see Mar 16, 2023 at 3:19:29 AM. 

Why is there a discrepancy?  What is going on?  And how do I fix it?
