Will generative fill remain included in the PS ecosystem without added costs ?

Thank you for the link... although Adobe has managed to make it rather confusing : after a long long read, I'm still not clear about what will hapen with my subscription. My country is included in the list of countries where the price will change. But apparently the Photo Plan I have is not included in the changes. So what does that mean in the end ? will I loose the generative fill in PS ? will I have to pay an ammount for each time I'm using generative fill once the 25 limits is reached ? I'm often using several generative fills for one images, since uprighting photo and filling the missing borders requires often at least two if not more generative fills. I could use content aware fill instead (what I was doing before, or crop more) but the results are often better with generative fill.

Update : I just checked my account and my subscription Plan; yes the price will remain the same when I renew in february 2024. However it is still not clear for me what will succeed with the new generative fill commands after the situation of the newly "featured applications" aka Firefly changes. What is exactly a featured applications ? Is that equivalent to a free trial for one or X months ?
